The owner's word

  • Speed, comfort, solidity and elegance are the qualities of the DEHLER 39 that have enabled us to sail in excellent safety conditions in the Atlantic and the English Channel, to Spain, the Azores and Ireland... The large aft hold stores all the equipment needed for long distance cruising.
The boat's seaworthy qualities make it an incomparable pleasure to helm for fast sailing in both light airs and strong winds at average speeds of over 7 knots without forcing. The equipment makes it easy to sail with a small crew. The interior is ideally suited to life at sea and at anchor (bathing platform, high headroom, plenty of space, etc.). The limited draught of less than 2 meters gives easy access to all anchorages and ports without compromising performance. As we prepare for a voyage lasting several years, we're reluctant to sell the boat for a larger unit, which will certainly be less fun to sail...

Invoices / Maintenance / Repairs

  • Standing rigging and saildrive seal will be replaced before the sale at seller fee
